个人简

孙兆奇,回族,理学博士。现为安徽大学二级教授、博士生导师、安徽大学学术委员会委员、中国科学院合肥物质科学研究院学术委员会委员、安徽大学一级学科博士点材料科学与工程学科带头人、国家博士后科研流动站材料科学与工程学科带头人、安徽省级重点学科材料物理与化学学科带头人、安徽省首批高等学校学科拔尖人才、安徽省级教学名师、安徽省首批学术和技术带头人、安徽省物理学会副理事长、安徽省真空学会副理事长、中国真空学会薄膜专委会委员、国家精品/双语课程评审专家、国家级教学成果奖励评审专家、国家科学技术奖励评审委员会委员、安徽省人民政府参事、安徽省无党派常识分子联谊会副会长、第十届/十一届/十二届全国人大代表。
        在四川大学物理系、安徽大学物理系和中国科技大学近代物理系攻读并获得学士、硕士和博士学位,获英国学问委员会技术合作(TC)奖学金、国家留学基金赴英国Loughborough University of Technology表面物理中心、美国Arizona State University电子工程系美国Arkansas University物理系任高级访问学者。
       主要研究光电纳米功能材料,包括金属/介质复合薄膜、金属超薄膜、透明导电半导体薄膜、太阳能电池材料及光催化材料等。先后主持和参与40余项包括国家重点基础研究发展计划(973计划)在内的项目;在国际核心学术刊物和学术会议上发表论文300余篇,其中SCIEI收录300余篇/次;获国家发明专利2项;由美国Stanford Publishing Ltd出版合著《Handbook of Innovative Nanomaterials: From Synthesis and Applications1部,由科学出版社出版专著《金属陶瓷薄膜及其在光电子技术中的应用》1部;2004年及20162获安徽省自然科学二等奖。
